Hello and thank you for getting in touch. Nearly all men have some form of concern at some point in their life over the size of their penis, so you are not alone. However there is no medicine for increasing the size of a penis. Though there are many advertised online, none of these actually work and are pretty much on there to scam and con you out of your money. Some people however do have surgery; however this is extreamly risky and we wouldn't promote such extreame measures. We would suggest trying different positions to stimulate your partner, as certain positions suit men differently depending on the size of their penis.
