I have done circumcision in 4days. At night I am struggling with pain in my testicles as if I have done sex more than number. Please help since I hardly find sleep an hour is enough.

Sorry to hear you are in so much discomfort, I think the only thing we can really suggest is that you go and see you Doctor as soon as possible, you may have caught an infection during your circumcision or it may be unrelated but most likely it is post surgery issue and needs to be looked at immediately.
