My husband and I are trying to have a baby. We have been trying for 6 months but still no conception. My husband is 35 and I myself am 31. We have realised now however that when he ejaculates his sperm is not actually going inside me because a when he withdraws and pulls back his foreskin the sperm is still sitting around his penis, quite a lot of sperm as well. He believes very little, if any, is actually going inside me. We have tried numerous positions but nothing changes. We're thinking now of applying for IVF treatment but was hoping for an easier and cheaper solution?

It sounds like your husband has a tight foreskin, you say he can pull it back which is good, a little gentle stretching might help with that, below is the advice we gave to another person with a tight foreskin, we hope that helps.
However, I would be surprised if this is the cause of your lack of conception and your best course of action is to see your GP. There are several tests that need to be done to check your and your husband's fertility and in most to of the UK, fertility and IVF assistance is free, however the amount of assistance does vary across the uk, but your starting point is your GP.
