hello i have bin worried for a while now bout sum white hard lumps on my testicle area sum are bigger than others and they are starting 2 show on my penis shud i be worried what can i do 2 stop it goin further plz help

It sounds as if you have prominent sebaceous glands on the skin of your ball sac and penis. These are very common and rather like "whiteheads" which lots of guys get on the face when they have acne. They are normal and you don't need to do anything. If any of them change you might want to get your doctor to check this.
