Hi, from what you decribe, you are suffering from premature ejaculation; you orgasm sooner than you would like during sexual activity. PE can be caused by physical or psychological conditions. If they are physical, you will need to see your doctor to discuss any options available for you. If the reasons are psycological there are severall things you can try in order to delay orgasm;

You can try masturbating an hour or two before having sex. If you come once, you should be able to put off orgasm for longer.

Try using a thick condom to help decrease sensation or using a condom or lubricant with a numbing agent to help delay orgasm.

Try taking a deep breath to briefly shut down the ejaculatory reflex (an automatic reflex of the body during which ejaculation occurs).

Have sex with your partner on top (to allow them to pull away when you are close to ejaculating, and they are in control of the movements and momentum).

Try taking breaks during sex and thinking about something boring, especially if you are close to orgasm.
