For the last six months I have been noticing these gelatine lumps in my semen, I can feel them coming out during ejaculation, I've had a sti test and it was negative over the months it has started to get worse now I get a mild pain before ejaculation and my semen is thick almost gel like I am very concerned and have also noticed white pearly penile papules around my penis any idea what it might be. Diet? Infection? Irregular ejaculation?

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Thank you for getting in touch with us here at Men's Sexual Health. Firstly there's a wide range of texture, odor, and taste in normal and healthy semen. There is even variation in color, including opaque white, transparent, and yellowish. This can be caused by a variety of factors such as diet, lifestyle and alcohol consumption and even lack of regular ejaculations. This is a common question asked on our Q&A, so please do not feel alone, a lot of men have suffered from this issue.
From our knowledge, sometimes the causes of jelly-like sperm is the massive concentration of protein compound of your sperm in your testicular sperm bank, usually those teens that masturbate actively for years and suddenly refrain from doing it have a greater chance of having this stuff(though its normal). Because during the time your still active in masturbation your testicles produces more sperm so it needs sugar and protein to produce a liquid substances wherein your sperm swam. So your brain may senses that during your frequent masturbation or sex maybe, it send a message to your testicles to produce more of these substances. Consequently, to the certain point of time you did not masturbate for along period, the sperm and protein base liquid in your testicles may over reproduce and the tendency of this if you were unable to let it ejaculate, it will accumulate in your testicles and becomes highly concentrated. Subsequently this causes your sperm to look like a jelly - like substance...its normal as long its color varies from white to yellowish and no blood or black or green.
Some people find drinking more water, drinking less alcohol and masterbating more often sometimes solves the problem.
You say you went for an STI test, did you discuss with the clinic about your sperm issue and what did they suggest? The fact that you are experiencing pain however we would suggest you see you local GP/Doctor to discuss this further to rule out any other underlying condition.
Regarding your white pearly penile papules, the fact you know what they are called shows you have done your research. This are perfectly normal, nearly all men have these, some have more and bigger than others, this are just the glans of the penis and should not be worries about, again the fact you have had a STI test confirms these are unlikely to be anything other than your glans. Please do get back in touch if things don't improve.

Consequently my right hand man and i slowly drifted apart. As things got increasing better " purchased a smart phone, with clear picture and sound. Lets just say I wasn't haveing trouble keeping myself enertained when i had some free time. But as stated especially my first time, if i had milk and a GOOD vanilla... well i guess now its your preference i happen to be a custard guy. Not to say there's anything wrong with flan. Response from Men's Sexual Health:
The problem you feel you are having actually sounds quite normal. After a man ejaculates, his penis usually becomes soft, returning to its smaller pre-erect state. He will usually need some time to recover, before he can have another erection and ejaculation. This recovery period is called the refractory period, and generally, is quicker for younger men. Some men can have an erection immediately afterwards, some can have a few orgasms/ejaculations in a few hours, whilst others take longer to become erect again. It all falls within the normal parameters of sexual health!
If you had difficulty maintaining an erection during sex, in your circumstance, the most likely cause would be mental; due to the problems you are having in your relationship. Erectile dysfunction, when your penis goes soft during when you don’t want it to, has many causes, both physical and mental and affects most men at some point in their life. To help prevent these kinds of problems in the future, you need to address your relationship issues with your girlfriend. If you've been fighting, even if you're having makeup sex, you most likely have residual worries that weigh on you that can affect you both. She may be experiencing similar feelings of worry, making it difficult for her to orgasm. If you two can work on your relationship issues, and not fight so much, it will no doubt ease the pressure you feel when you are having sex, as wedll as make life together happier! If you are finding that you ejaculate too quickly, again, your mind can play a large part in that. One thing you can try is using condoms, as they can help reduce sensitivity. There are also special condoms and lubricant you can use, that have a slight numbing effect on the penis, to help you last longer. The Delay brand, by Pasante or Performa by Durex, along with other store brands like Boots are specially made to help with premature ejaculation. These products prolong lovemaking by using a low dosage skin numbing ingredient like benzocaine, to reduce sensitivity and postpone orgasm. I hope this all helps. Please get back to us if you have any more questions or worries.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Hello Brad, thanks for getting in touch. The colour of your penis head is fairly normal to change different shades off purple/pink, depending on many things, such as temperature and how sexually excited you are, this is due to the amount of blood flowing to that part of your body, and this is most likely reason behind this. Regarding the small yellow spots, the most likely answer is that these are your glans, again perfectly normal, some men they are more visiable, others not as noticeable. However i'm not sure what is causing your foreskin being red, sometimes it can get a bit inflamed if you have been masterbating/wanking too much, but it could also be a sign of a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI), you haven't mentioned if you have had sex, and if you have, if it was unsafe (without a condom) if this is the case then there is a small chance that is what you may have picked up, if you have hand unsafe sex its best to book an appointment at the Swindon GUM clinic at the hospital, it is confidential so you parents won't find out, and if you need help we can make an appointment for you, and even come along with you if you need the support. I hope this has eased your concern, many lads feel concerned about there penis, having not seen others to compare it too, but they come in all shapes ans sizes so don't feel yours doesnt look nice. We all have different penis sizes and shapes. You can't change what you have, although there are a few surgical ways of trying to make your penis more prominent. But actually there are plenty of guys with a penis much shorter than your 4 inches who can and do have good sex. You might like to read the section on our website about penis size. We hope that this information helps, worrying about performance and size will unfortunately contribute to the problems you describe, try not to worry about it and try to focus on other aspects of sex. Hi. I am a gay guy and I have been dating with my BF more than a year. Until 3 months ago I had always been bottom in my life, but recently I became versatile. The problem is my penis gets very soft when I try to have anal sex with him, the moment it touches his anu it gets very soft, which hurts him so much and makes me very mad :( It sometimes works and we can have regular sex but for the 4 weeks I cant be top :( when I hug him, he touches my dick and he sucks it, or I become bottom in bed my penis gets very hard, but not when I try to become top :( I am so worried that he might lose his interest and look for somebody else, which he mentioned last night that worried me a lot, cos I love him so much, so does he. So please I need an urgent solution to overcome this issue and to have regular sex life with my lover. Thanx

Hi, thank you for posting your question. The role's of Top (active) and Bottom (passive) in a relationship are differnt for each couple and for each person, there is no correct role to play, other than the role you are comfortable with yourself, you should never feel pressured to fit into a role you do not feel 100% comfortable with. Some men are 100% top and will never want to bottom and this can be for many reasons, each man with have his own answer, the same goes for some men who are 100% bottom. However some men are also versitile and will do either, you may also find men who will put it into a percentage when asked about their role saying "I'm 70% top, and 30% bottom" so guy who generally prefers to top than bottom, but is willing to bottom when he wants to. Also however, some, not all, will change roles as they get older, this could be because they acquire a new partner who is a differnt role, or because they want to experiment. For those that do try a different role, some will enjoy it and become versitile, and some will not enjoy and stick to the role than had before. Ultimately everyone is an individual and will chose their own role, and this could change over the course of the years, but not always. From what you have said, it sounds like you are finding it difficult to top, this could be for many reasons, but it sounds mainly psychological, you for whatever reason do not feel comfortable taking on that role. You should find a time, not during sex, to sit down with your partner and discus this issue, he should understand your concerns and uncertainty and acknowledge the role you are most comfortable with, you should never feel pressure to peform a role you are not happy to do, explain this to him and hopefully he will understand. Over time, you may feel for willing and wanting to try and top, but you may not as this is not a negative thing. If you partner is wanting to bottom and you are not keen to top then maybe suggest introducing some sex toys into the relationship, purchasing a dildo could fufil that desire your partner has. I hope he understands, and you can go on to have a healthy safe sex life. Feel free to get back in touch if you have any further comments or questions.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like you are describing pre-cum, not all men get this, and those that do it can vary from just a little leak to a lot, but let me reasure you this is perfectly normall. Pre-cum is a clear fluid that emits from the tip of the penis when a man is sexually aroused, and its purpose is to act as a lubricant (please be aware this can transmit STI, HIV and can contain sperm if you are not using barrier methods such as condoms to have safe sex with). In very rare cases some men over produce this, if this is the case I would discuss with you GP if possible.
Regarding the cumming very fast, this could be for various reasons, and I wouldn't say it has anything to do with your pre-cum. Many men suffer from Premature ejaculation, a recent UK survey said 10% of male population had suffered with PE at some point in their life. Another European study classed PE as lasting around 1.8 mins, and with 7.3 mins being classed as normal, would you say you fall into this first category as what you class as PE might not be PE. There are initially 4 treatments for PE - 1) Distraction method - when you are nearing climax, think about something comepletely different than whats going on. 2) Applying a delay gel to your penis, this will decrease sensitivity and hopefully improve your duration. 3) Delay condoms, this are coated with the delay gel and with the added thickness of the condom this too will help improve your duration. 4) start stop method - when alone try masterbating till u reach the point where you are going to climax but stop yourself, repeat this 3 or 4 times to build up your own self control, and then allow yourself to climax, after a few times a week doing this, you should find yourself lasting longer.
Regarding the itchy end of your penis, if you masturbate too often then yes the penis could become sore, but there could also be other reasons, it could be a reaction to soap or cleaning product you are currently using, or it could be and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI), again I would recommend going to you doctor/GP and explain your concerns and get tested as most STI's can be treated.
Please get back to us if you still have any further concerns.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Ejaculating very quickly ("premature ejaculation") is quite a common problem and it often settles down and stops happening as you get older and more experienced sexually.
When you are having sex with someone else, a longer period of foreplay without touching your penis can improve it for you both. Try to find things to do for each other which feel nice without any contact with your penis. Then, if you go inside her, if you pull out again soon before you reach a climax and you (or your partner) squeeze your penis hard below the head, this will usually stop the climax and after a few moments you can start again. You can also try this technique when you are masturbating and see if you can control your orgasm and cum later.
There is professional help available from sex therapists if you are able to see one of them

Lump of clear jelly in urine stream
Hi, For the last year or two, I have had a large lump of clear jelly like substance passing during or at the end of my urine stream. Sometimes it even comes out a few minutes after urinating. I don't experience any pain during urination or ejaculation whatsoever, but am concerned as to what this could be. I have been tested for STIs and I am all clear. I briefly mentioned this to my GP and he didn't think it was anything to worry about, although couldn't give me an explanation either. Any ideas??

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
This sounds like a function of your sexual organs: the prostate produces liquids, as do the testicles it is most probably from them. You have done the right things by going to your sexual health clinic and being checked for STIs and to your GP. If the problem persists and it continues to worry you it might be worth trying to catch one of these lumps in a clean jam jar and taking it to your GP. Yes, this is much easier said than done!

Can two gay men get an std or sti during anal and oral sex.? both are virgins and std free.
Asked by anonymous
9th March 2013 (in Sex)
Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Hello and thanks for contacting Men's Sexual Health. There is a fair lot to discuss here! For a start, only each individual person knows if they are a virgin. By this I mean that some people claim to be virgins for many reasons, one of which could be to ensure that the other person thinks they are STD/STI clean. I'm not saying the other person is lying, but it's something to keep in mind as only you can be sure of your own virginity. Also I might question the term "virgin" - does that mean they have not had penetrative sex, but have explored other sexual activity, or that they have had no sexual activity at all? Different people apply the term virgin in various ways depending on how much or what kind of sexual activity they have or haven't experienced. The concern is that one or both people who claim to be virgins may have had oral sex, for example, which DOES put them at risk of certain STI's/STD's. So, although a virgin in anal/vaginal sex, it doesn't mean 100% virgin or 100% free of STI/STD. What I'm saying is that if both are truly 100% virgins it is pretty unlikely that a transmission of an STI would occur - we would never say it's impossible as it would be wrong of us to suggest this. However, you need to be aware that sex with any new partner carries some amount of risk even if one or both claim to be virgins based on the information we discussed at the start. Also some people think they have no STI's because many STI's have no visible signs or symptoms.
Condoms offer the best protection against STI's and HIV, if you do not plan/want to use condoms we would suggest a visit to your local GUM clinic. You can go as a couple, you could both be tested and get the results together and then you would know for sure that you are both free from STI's. It may sound like a lot of bother, but you should never go ahead and have sex just because you both "claim" to be virgins as this might cause you harm without having all the information and knowledge of the possible risks. Having sex for the first time is a big step, please ensure it is something you both want and that neither partner is being pressured into something they are not ready for. We would also recommend using lube for anal sex; due to the lack of natural lubrication in the arse, this will also help reduce any pain.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
There is a chance you might haveincurred a penile fracture. The popping sound you mention is an indication of this. A penile fracture normally results in the penis going limp, with significant pain and brusing to the area. Since you don't mention any of these other symptoms this might not be what has happened, but we would recommend seeking medical help from your GP on this issue as leaving a penile fracture could result in further issues around maintaining an erection.
Regarding the fluid coming out of your penis, I don't know if this could be related to your injury, but the most common reason for a discharge from the penis, that is not cum or pre cum, would be an STI (sexually transmitted infection) such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. The pain when you urinate could also come from an STI. These can be tested for at your local GUM clinic, or when you see you GP regarding the possible penile fracture.
If you have any further questions please come back to our site or give us a call, but we would recommend seeing your GP soon.

Solution number 4 is prob going to help the most, the longer you can last on your own, the more chance you can use this technique in a relationship. Regarding when you go to the toilet, if you are no longer masturbating, when having a bowl movement, it could be pressing on your prostate, which is causing some seminal fluid to come out your penis as you are not expelling this from masturbation so your getting a build up of this. However if you have had unprotected sex, then this could possibly be a discharge from a sexually transmitted infection. Either way, we would suggest you seek advice from your GP/Doctor to diagnose and treat this issue further. We hope this has helped with your issue.

I am concerned because now, nearly 30 I am suffering from blood and mucus coming from my bum and am wondering if at all that pressing this pump is related in anyway. Is it dangerous for your body and prostate if I continue to.press this pc pump. Also what happens to the cum once I have stopped it coming out my penis. Where does it go. Thankyou your answer will be greatly appreciated.

10th June 2009 (in Health)
Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Hello and thanks for contacting Men's Sexual Health. Let me start by explaining what PC pumping is to those who may read this Q&A and wonder what is being asked. PC pumping is when a man (woman can do this to, its her pelvic floor muscle) contracts, holds and releases his PC muscle, also known as Kegel Exercises. The PC muscle can be found in a man when he goes to toilet to wee, and if he stops mid flow and the starts again, the muscle that he contracts to stop the flow of urine is the PC muscle. Many men exercise this muscle as it is said it can: lead to stronger erections, stronger orgasms and bigger ejaculations, its also be stated by some it keeps the prostate healthy.
When you say pressed, do you mean holding and contracting the muscle, or are you actually inserting a finger into your anus to press on the muscle? Also the fact that you are having dry orgasms, the semen, which would normally be ejaculated via the urethra (the urinary pipe), is possibly being redirected to the urinary bladder.
If this does happen, you'll probably notice the next time that you visit the toilet because your urine will be cloudy. This is not something we would recommend doing, ejaculation is a normal and healthy part of orgasm, either from sex or masturbation. What is concerning us is that you are suffering with blood from your anus, we can't say the two are connected, the fact your do PC pumping, but any man who finds he is bleeding from his anus should seek medical advice immediately. There could be many reasons for this blood but it is always best to get it checked out as it could be a sign of an underlying problem. Please do get in touch if we can be of any further help

Thankyou for your reply,
to clear your question up, I am just pressing the muscle with my finger, just underneath my scrotum, I am not actually inserting my finger up my bum. Ha.
I am awaiting an endoscopy to find out what's going on with my bum.
I am conserned that continuously using the pc muscle to stop the ejaculation is going to be harmful to the mechanics of my prostate and penis but it does seem to be a bit of an addiction to keep using the pc muscle and until I have some concrete advice that it is bad,I don't think I can stop.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Thank you for getting back in touch and clearing that question up. We are unsure what effect pressing on this will have, as the knowledge we have is about exercising the PC muscle by holding, tightening and releasing it, so we would suggest you discuss this further with the doctor who is helping you with your treatment. We hope the results of your test come back ok.

Involuntary / spontaneous orgasms
I'm 16 years old male and I'm very serious about this. When I'm mildly anxious quite often have a spontaneous ejaculation. So basically every time I am writing an exam, i wear so much in my pants to hide this now, pants > shorts > underwear. I use to be pretty normal, school ends go to the park and play with friends. Now I cannot enjoy music or watching movies or any other activities as much as I used to. I don?t even care for regular social contact with friends or family anymore. This didn't all mysteriously happen, when I was 14 years old I had to get an appendix surgery, I know this is a very common procedure and happens so many times but after the surgery It was difficult to pee but it eventually got normal and I kept feeling physical arousal at my penis, like hypersensitivity slight movements would trigger it, I didn't really know how to explain it back then so i didn't even mention it. In school one day we had a test, I studied hard for it and there was like one question that i found difficult and my anxiety nerve went up mildy and that mildy made me spontaneous ejaculate. I was so distressed that day and felt so uncomfortable that something like that can happen without any control on my part. I told my dad and we went to an MD, refered to an urologist. The urologist which I waited so many months for said I was normal(do i have to record this for him or what!) yet I still get spontaneous ejaculations and hypersensitivity constantly. This is so embarrassing and i don't know what to do anymore. I also cant do presentation, luckily my doctor sent a document to my school that says i have extreme anxiety that excludes me from doing presentations (i don't but they aren't going to say spontaneous orgasm so im okay with it). What do i do? I came across this while searching i think he explained what happens during a test much better then i did: https://www.reddit.com/r/AskDocs/comments/2uwgak/spontaneous_ejaculationorgasm_or_due_to_stress/ it is literally this, i messaged the op but it seems that account is inactive i hope he replies i asked him if he has fixed it somehow. I'm very desperate and i feel the medical system has failed me. My urologist would just lecture me how im at that age where i get "wet dreams and body development" and stuff i already knew. I don't know what else to do? See another doctor? See another urologist? See a psychologist?

Hi, you may read my post (Dan) on a similar topic here:
http://www.wsmsh.org.uk/qa/question/spontaneous-ejaculation/
I think we are lucky!
Apart of the little wet mess in our underwear, there is no need to worry about. Enjoy the nice feeling...
Do you have more than one orgasm during one exam? After you are done (with the pleasure) do you feel ok going to finish the exam?
I also had/have countless wet dreams in which I am dreaming to be at school exams, loosing the train or missing the flight.
Again, I think we are a lucky minority. You may share your story with your girlfriend (or boyfriend) and I am sure she/he will get very aroused. It would be the perfect foreplay.
I am also sure that after you will start your sex life with a partner, these exam orgasm will diminish. At least when you will finish your school. You will miss the pleasure...
And I absolutely advise NOT to go to another doctor. You (we) are perfectly normal!

I masterbate quite frequently but for the last three days if I do sperm never seems to stop leaking out of my penis day and night, what can I do to stop this as I know it's not normal. First I thought it was a STI so I had a test and I'm all clear plus when I do masterbate everything seems normal. Please Help?

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
It sounds as if you are experiencing something that is quite common. Depending on your age, how horny you feel and the level of your hormones, you may produce small amounts of secretions for much of the time. If you masturbate frequently (as you say) you encourage secretion production which is perfectly normal.
Most of us guys make precum in varying amounts: you are just making a bit more than most so it leaks out quite a bit. Your test confirms that you don’t need to worry about anything else. As you get older it will probably reduce and stop eventually so enjoy being young while you can!

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Hello and thanks for getting in touch with us at MSH. Men's production of semen get refiled fairly quickly in a 24hr period, but of course the more times you have sex or masturbate without a long period of time the less sperm will come out each time till you let testicles recover and produce more. Give it a couple of days break and you should find your quantity of sperm returning to normal. You can also increase your sperm but eating a healthy balanced diet, drinking plenty of fluids and being physically active. Regarding your other issue this is a very common question on our Q&A. What you think as small may not be small. Many men would like to increase the size of their penis as penis size is one of the biggest male concerns, nearly all men worry at some stage in their life about the size of their penis. A lot of it can be due to watching porn and seeing how big other men are, but men in porn tend to always be very well hung and that is why they use them in porn. Some men are so unsatisfied it can cause them great distress and make them seek out ways to increase their size. Please ignore any adverts you find on the internet, in magazines or emails claiming to make your penis bigger via any form of pills, you could be putting yourself in more harm and these pills do not work. The only way to change the size of your penis is through surgery and this is extremely risky and could result in you unable to get an erection. The male penis comes in all shapes and sizes, all over the world there are different sizes, for example in India the average size is 4 inches, the UK is 5.5 and the congo in Africa is 7. We are all built differently and never let someone make you feel inadequate with what you have, people fall in love with the person not the penis. There are many different positions you can try with a partner so that you are both sexually satisfied, experiment and see what works best for you. You may benefit from some form of sexual counselling if it is affecting your life a lot. We hope this has helped, please get in touch if you need further advice.

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Your questions confuse me a bit. When do you feel tired?
Sometimes there is leakage of semen in your urine if you have been aroused a little while earlier – this is normal
What makes you think your penis is too short?
If your sperms come out early, is this during masturbation, during sex, or even before you touch your penis?
If you can write giving some more information we may be able to help with some advice

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Thank you for getting in touch with Men's Sexual Health. When you say puss, I'm assuming you mean semen/sperm/cum. All men are different regarding how much cum/puss they produce and how far it shots, what it looks like, what it tastes like etc. In sex website, porn, it doesn't generally reflect your average man, the men will generally be very well built, have big cocks and shot lots of cum, and many many men find watching porn depressing as they don't match up to what they see on the screen. Do not get upset by this, what happens in porn is unrealistic for most of the population. However you could try two methods which may increase how much you shot. One safe technique is called 'edging' where a man during masturbation/wanking/hand practice will stop masturbating just before he cums/shoots, lets the moment pass and then slowly continues till he nearly reaches cumming/climax again and stops, this is repeated for a while till he can last no more and most will find this produces bigger, stronger orgasms and more cum. The second safe method is trying kegel exercises/pc muscle. When going to the toilet to pee/urinate, try stopping mid flow, the muscle you contract to stop peeing is the PC muscle, try contracting and releasing that during any time of the day for a few minutes each day, exercising this muscle, this is also meant to help you have bigger and more intense orgasms. But ultimately try not to worry, some men shot a lot and some men don't, its not a big deal. Please get back in touch if we can help any further.

Jelly like substance under foreskin
I have found when I am doing a number 2 (poo) I sometimes find a jelly like substance coming out of my penis, and not always that I find it just rAndomly under my foreskin, I am very worried can you please help me find out what it is

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
If you notice a little clear fluid coming out of your penis pee hole while you are straining to have a poo, this is probably just the result of some pressure on your prostate gland which sits next to the back passage (rectum).
If you find stuff under your foreskin it is likely to be something different, the most common thing being “smegma”. This is a mixture of old dead skin cells and natural body secretions which can build up there. Although pretty harmless it is a good idea to gently pull back the foreskin and clean it and the head of your penis on a daily basis. Ordinary water is OK – if it seems to be irritated or some of the smegma is stuck to your skin, use warm salty water. If you use soap remember to rinse off thoroughly because a build-up of soap can irritate the delicate skin under your foreskin.
If you find the skin over the head of your penis or under the foreskin is red and tender, you could try an anti-fungal cream like “Canesten” – but if you aren’t sure or it doesn’t seem to work, ask your doctor to take a look.

Thanks for getting in contact with MSH. Penis size is one of the most common questions we get asked about on the Q&A, as it is one of the most popular concerns men heave, and nearly all have wished theirs was bigger during some point in their life. A lot of it can be due, like yourself, to watching porn and seeing how big other men are, but the men in porn tend to always be very well hung, its just the way the porn industry seems to work. But yes this can have a knock on effect on many mens confidence seeing this. So you are in fact average for the UK. We are all built differently and never let someone make you feel inadequate with what you have, people fall in love with the person not the penis. There are many different positions you can try with a partner so that you are both sexually satisfied, experiment and see what works best for you.
Regarding your feelings and thoughts of being penetrated by another man, this doesn't mean you are gay or bi, we all have different fantasy's and desires, and how we chose to go about exploring these is down to the individual. I'm sure a lot of men may have had that thought cross their mind at when watching porn, not all men, but some, and some probably didnt do anything about it, others may have explored that desire and experimented, maybe with probing their anus with their own finger, or maybe even buying a dildo. But you may when you feel comfortable to try it with a man, and it may be something you enjoy or in the end you don't. But do remember if you do explore this with another guy, to use plenty of lube and condoms as anal sex is a more risky type of sex and puts you at more risk from catching an STI or HIV, so always be safe.
You may benefit from some form of sexual counselling regarding your confidence and discussing these sexual fantasy's, and if you live in Swindon please get in touch as we offer a free counselling service. I hope this has put your mind at ease a bit, but please do get back in touch if we can be of further support or advice

Response from Men's Sexual Health:
Many people are attracted to people of the same sex, it does not necessarily mean you're gay, unfortunately based on the limited information given it's difficult to be precise, but you could possibly be bisexual, which is where an individual is attracted to both men and women.
