what if i took the azithromycin pills and like 4 5 days down the line u have a orgasm in ur sleep.. would it terminate it.

If you took azithromycin to treat chlamydia, or another STD, you've been advised to abstain from sexual activity for at least a week. This refers to activity with a partner, to prevent to passing on the infection. If you orgasm in your sleep, with no one else there, this should not effect your treatment at all.
