Doctor iam producing sperms without sex i want to know that if i produce sperms everyday in future any side effects will be faced by me or after marriage i can satisfy my wife or not?

This is quite common, especially in younger men, sometimes it is a bit of precum (a natural lubricant) when you're thinking about sexy things or it can be a full cumming, orgasm / production of sperms. This is totally natural and is nothing to worry about and it will not cause any problems to you later in life. In fact is shows everything is working as it should do in a young man.
