However the symptoms you have descirbed could be caused by so many possible things, it really would be difficult to come up with a list that would solve your issue.
We would suggest booking an appointment with your local doctor or GP and inform them of how you are feeling and hopefully they will be able to diagnoise you if there is anything wrong.
