A couple of days ago I had a random erection and tried to hide it by pointing it down and as it sprung back up I had my clothing holding it down but I felt like the skin had cut, when I checked there was no external damage but internally it had bled a bit under the skin but I'm not sure if the injury is too serious and whether I need to see a doctor about it
