hi i am 15 years old, i am able to retract my foreskin easily but am unable to retract all of it it due to a large piece of skin still attached to the head of the penis. i can pull it but it wont retract. it is only affecting the right side of the head of my penis. Can you help me?

Please do not be embarrassed by your penis, what you are talking about is completely normal. This part of skin on the underside on the penis is called the Frenulum, a elasticated bit of skin connnecting the tip of the underside of the penis to the shaft, it is often called the 'banjo string'. However some men who are circumcised will often have this part removed, not all, but somewhere between 20-30%. Have a look on google by typing in Frenulum, if this is not what you are trying to describe, please get back in touch, but otherwise this is completely normal.
