This shouldn’t cause you any longterm damage, though you may find it rather uncomfortable. Your cum is most likely to go backwards up into the bladder if it can’t get out down your penis. (Called retrograde ejaculation.) It's probably worth having a pee afterwards just to help wash your cum out.
