Is there any sperm or semen in my urine .
Sir/Madam I think a lot about sex several times or 2-3 times in a day. Sometimes my penis eracts and sometimes not. But always I get myself excited. At that time I feel a pressure to pee and do it. My question is " Is there any 'sperm' or 'semen' in my urine?" . The thought of present sperm in urine harasses me most. So I wash my penis always well with soap . Please help me. Thank You!

Almost all men produce many millions of sperm every day and most of these are simply digested by the body. Some will also be passed out when you pee, which is normal. Many guys also produce some "precum" when they get hard and sometimes this also has sperm in it. You should not worry about possible sperm in your urine. Sperms are actually clean, containing no bacteria, while normal urine usually does contain some. Keeping your penis clean is just good hygiene and sperm requires no special attention
