Hello, thank you for getting in contact with MSH. Due to a possible language difference it is difficult to understand what you are asking in the first part of your question, so I can only address the second part of it. All men produce different amounts of sperm, some produce a lot, some not so much. A persons diet can have some effect on quantity, ensure he eats a mixed and varied health diet, drinks plenty of fluids, exercises and if he is over weight then he works towards getting reaching a correct weight for his age/height. A lot of people who are trying to have a baby worry that a man needs to produce a lot of sperm, but it only takes one, if you are worried about this significantly, please go see your local GP/Doctor.
