Semen colour  isn't always white so you shouldn't worry. It varies between different guys and even for the same guy the colour may alter depending on how recently he last had an orgasm (cum), if he is dehydrated or what he has eaten. It can be lumpy or smooth, sticky or very liquid too.

By itself itchy pubic area means nothing and is common. Sometimes it can be part of a skin condition that you may have elsewhere like eczema, or if you have had sex recently and been unlucky you could possibly catch little lice (crabs) from your partner. These are easy to see in your pubic hair and easily treated so if you do see tiny moving insects in the pubic hair go to your doctor or the GUM clinic.

We are sorry but there is no reliable way to tell you in advance if you can have children, it depends on many things. Apart from the way you are born, serious illness, injuries to the testicles (balls) some medical treatments for cancer or exposure to radiation can all affect your sperm count. Your sperm count is important but if you get it analysed and it is low or of poor quality this still does not mean you can't have a child. And it will also depend on your partner. Probably the best answer is not to worry, to try to have a child when you are ready, and then to ask for help if you don't succeed.
