It is possible that too much sex in a short space of time can cause your problem. But sex, like everything else, changes from time to time. Your mood, how tired you are, even just getting in a routine doing the same thing each time can influence things.

It is certainly nothing to worry about in the way that you describe it. Firstly, have you discussed this with your girlfriend? Has she noticed any change or perhaps she too experienced a lessening of pleasure? Sometimes you each give each other unspoken messages which you may pick up without realizing it.

You have a few choices as to how to handle the problem. A brief agreed break from sex might make you both more horny and keen to resume at a higher level in a day or two. Or you might try ringing the changes and doing something you haven’t tried before? Sexual experimentation comes in many forms and as long as it is with consent and not harmful, you might find something new that gets you both more turned on.
