Hello and thank you for getting in touch. It sounds from what you are describing, it is pre-cum. Pre-cum is a natural lubricant the penis produces when you are sexually aroused. Some men produce a lot, some a little and some men not at all, it varies from each person. This is completely normal. However, if you have ever had unsafe sex, and by unsafe I mean without a condom with a man or woman, then it could be possible that this discharge is an STI, sexually transmitted infection. If you have ever had unsafe sex, we would recommend you go to your nearest sexual health clinic and get a full screening. The doctors will then be able to give you the correct treatment if you have picked anything up. Please let us know if we can offer any further advice or support.
