Hi. Thanks for getting in touch with us about your problem. Given your age, and the lack of any further details, it sounds like your body is beginning to mature. If you are uncircumsized, it may be a build up of the natural lubricant produced by the foreskin, called smegma that you are noticing. Make sure to try to gently pull back your foreskin when you are in the shower to clean the head of your penis; this will prevent a build up and any unpleasant odours. As said above, you body is going through a lot of changes at this age. This could be part of your sexual maturity, where you find that when you are getting sexually aroused, turned on, horny, that you are producing pre-cum, this is usually a clearish liquid that the body naturally produces when aroused, not all produce it, some more than others. Unless you are already experimenting with sex with another person it is unlikely to be a Sexually transmitted infection. If you have a open and positive relationship with one of your parents maybe you could discuss this concern with one of them. Please let us know if we can be of any further help.
